Accenture has planned to foray into Applied Intelligence practice by acquiring Core Compete, a cloud analytics firm that centers on supply chain, retail, and fiscal services industries. This will strengthen Accenture’s cloud-based data and AI approaches.
- Core Compete, a Durham, North Carolina-based firm is Accenture’s eighth applied intelligence–focused procurement in the past two years, building on its growing analytics data and AI business throughout the world. Last year, Accenture had obtained an array of cloud analytical companies like Analytics8 in Australia, Pragsis Bidoop in Spain, Mudano in the UK, Byte Prophecy in India, Sentelis in France, and Clarity Insights and End-to-End Analytics in The USA.
- Sanjeev Vohra, a global leader for Accenture Applied Intelligence said, “ Over the past year we have seen cloud enactment increase, enabling organizations to unlock the enterprise value from data and AI maneuvering at speed”. Vohra added that Core Compete’s access to cloud analytics transformation would help Accenture further expedite time to value for our clients, giving them the right tools, strategy, and talent to harvest the full privileges of being data-given.
- Founded in 2012, Core Compete’s team of more than 260 specialists will join Accenture’s applied intelligence practice strengthening how the company would help clients shape and execute their cloud-based data. Core Compete which has offices in the UK and India allows digital transformation with cloud-native solutions that deliver artificial intelligence and machine learning.
